If you make your payments on time and have nothing to say to them, everything is just fine. If you have a question, let's say over something like online payment schedules, the account management staff is just plain rude and condescending. I purchased my vehicle from this company in July of '09. I have NEVER missed a payment and in fact am usually 3 days early with my bi-weekly payment. For some time now, they have been without an online pay portal, sup[supposedly because they were looking for a new vendor for that service. They are now using the same one they were before (as I was already registered there), and are now charging a $5.00 fee for a one-time payment for a service that used to be no charge. So, I tried setting up scheduled payments online for ACH. I didn't see anything about a $5.00 charge and not wanting to pay that charge every time a payment is made, I called to confirm whther or not it would be assessed each time. The "account manager" I spoke to was extremely rude, obviously reading from a script, and when I continued to ask questions, she said "(Oh, Lord ...), Sir, can I put you on hold?" She didn't wait for me to consent, and I sat on hold for a little over 4 minutes before she hung up. I've worked in technical support and customer service for 4 years now and had I ever treated a customer in such a fashion, I'd have been fired; no questions asked, leave your badge and headset w/ security on your way out the door!
Ask for Steve (It's at the North location...He looks like the guy from Mad magazine per his boss) but they're the best! We had a horrible time with another dealership and they took us in worked with the down payment that we had and didn't present us with a crappy car! I even qualified for a SUV (didn't want one but felt good knowing that I could've gotten one) They don't play games with you, they do WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more than the commerical says! The commerical is an understatement as to the REAL service they provide!!!!! The people here make you feel like family! They have fun with you, make you smile but still remain PROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know that's trying to get a GOOD car with no hassles no gimmicks no BS!!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE THE COMMERICAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT AS TO WHAT THEY REALLY DO FOR YOU!!!!! THEY'RE PEOPLE WHO APPARENTLY LOVE THEIR JOBS SO NOPE THEY DON'T PRESSURE YOU INTO ANYTHING YOU DO/DON'T WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can however do away with that corney song that they play on the radio!!! That's the only stupid thing I don't like!! LOL
I have brought 2 Mustangs from Bob Moore Ford and each time it has been a great experience. The first one I brought off the lot mainly for my wife so she would have something while I was deployed (I'm in the Air Force). They took care of us and gave us a good deal, not great but good. Also while I was gone the service department did an excellent job taking care of the car and my wife's concerns and wants with the car. When I came home I decided I wanted a fully loaded '14 V6 in deep impact blue instead of the black '12 V6 we already had which only had a couple options. So I went back to Bob Moore to order one this time and Krystal Marazzi my saleswomen and Mitch the manager took care of my every need and want from order to delivery. Krystal kept me updated often throughout the entire process and they even accommodated my demands for when the car arrived at the dealership. No washing, no stickers and front license plate, lol. Overall I'm very happy with Bob Moore Ford and I will always go to them whenever I want to buy a Ford or have service needs on my pony!! -Anthony
It was a pleasure purchasing a car from Bob Moore Ford. I haven't purchased a car in over 10 years and let me tell you its never a pleasant experience always a hassle and I'm stressed and unhappy. But I have to admit from the minute I pulled up in the parking lot at Bob Moore Ford I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed by the staff. The finance manager Steven introduced me to Krystal to assist me with purchasing a car. Krystal asked me all the right questions for my purchase. I told her what type of vehicle I was looking for and my price range. She gave me a variety of vehicles in my price range and she even suggested a better selection of the type of vehicles I was looking for. I'm very happy with my selection of the Mazda CX-7 it is beautiful and was exactly in my price range. The financing process went very smoothly I wasn't at the dealership all day long only a few hours. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Bob Moore Ford for my future business and others looking to purchase.
I want to thank Bob Howard Hyundai for their wonderful customer service and care! I got a new car through them 3 years ago but hadn't really been back since. I had to replace 2 tires and went to someone else..after my tires were replaced one developed an air bubble which that place fixed under warranty but then I began noticing a strange noise when I was turning to the right, I took it back to that place and they said it was a broken wheel bearing and would be $250 to replace...I was nervous (I don't know much about cars, sadly) so I brought it back to my Bob Howard Hyundai dealership where I found out that nothing was broken, that other place had just failed to tighten an axle bolt (which can be potentially life threatening while driving on the highway since the tire could become dislodged). Hyundai fixed it for me at no cost and helped assure me that they are there if I ever need anything! Truly grateful for all these wonderful people!
Sales Rep. Krystal Marazzi rocks ! And Jeanne Keffer, too ! I sent these fine girls photos of my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT 4WD pickup to trade in on a 2011 Ford Platinum 4WD truck. They were easy to work with, quick with answers, very friendly, and they were super fair on my trade in. I flew to Oklahoma City the next day, Krystal Marazzi picked me up at Will Roger Airport, took me to the dealership to see the Platinum. We worked a trade deal in about 20 minutes, and she then drove me back to the airport as I had to fly top Montana. Wen I came back the next week they agreed to meet me halfway between Tulsa & Oklahoma City on the turnpike, we made the swap, and I am a happy customer! I dropped off my car with 25 pounds of debis from three-year-old twins in the backseat. I finally decided to take it in because the spilled chocolate milk (and recent yogurt spill) were starting to smell a little funny. . . The car didn't look this good when I bought it! There's not a speck of dust anywhere, all of the spots and stains are gone -- there's not so much as a goldfish crumb to be found in there! The staff is very courteous and friendly, and they wouldn't take our payment until we had looked the car over and were satisfied. Because the forecast called for rain over the weekend, we did just an interior detail. We will definitely bring my car back for a full detail in the future, and my husband's truck will get the same treatment next weekend. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great service at a great price.
I was very pleased with working out a car deal with Mr. Ajouly. His sales consultants are very informative on their inventory and work with a No-Pressure attitude. I really enjoyed the friendly environment. From what I could tell, it seems Mr. Ajouly works very hard to make sure the only cars he puts on his lot are in almost mint condition mechanically and visually. I was very impressed. Overall, I was only displeased with one thing throught my entire time working out the agreement on my newly purchased lexus. This being that the store is completely a cash or bank check only dealer. However do not let this scare you off, Ajouly Auto Sales helped me get in touch with a very friendly Auto finance company that was able to not only finance me, but also able to get me completely taken care of and off the lot the very same afternoon.
I pulled in to Norris feeling down because I had been looking for a car over a month, getting the run around and loads of bs from other dealers. I was looking at cars and the finance manager came out, I told him I'm just looking, I can't afford these cars. He said give me one chance and if I can't help you I will be straight up. I walked in told him which car I wanted, jimmy the salesman came in and together they worked their magic. I was approved, no co-signer, put a low down and got a 2008 charger with only 49,000 miles on it. Brand new on inside. Even found me cheaper insurance, sent me there. I was crying by the end of my visit. Out in 45 minutes. They will get you financed, don't be discouraged.. go to NORRIS, 700 South MacArthur ask for Jimmy or Cory.. They ROCK!!
