The Problem: I purchased a very nice refrigerator with some very small (almost unnoticeable blemishes), everything worked while it was in the store, and I was told I have a 90 day policy. After delivery and set up, the freezer was not cooling and both ice makers stopped working and then they brought a loaner and took my refrigerator to repair. The Ugly: When you call the store for updates on your item being repaired, they are back and forth, whoever answers gives whatever knowledge they may have off the top of their head, inconsistent information, poor customer service, poor communication, no ability to schedule pick/drop off effeciently. The Good: They do follow up, they back their product, Tobey ( the daughter) is very nice, follows up, does her best, and it seems like they are making an effort to have some customer service. Follow up on Previous Review: To the person with the roaches - For all the horrified reviewers, I did not have any problems with bugs of any type.

I'll be the first to admit, I am terrible with any sort of home repair!. I was visiting a friend the other week and we ran into quite the predicament. When we got back from a night out we discovered that her refrigerator had just stopped working. We checked to see if it was plugged in but that was the extent of what we knew to do. A quick search for 24 hour repairmen led us to Metro Appliance Repair. We were able to get service within the hour, regardless of it being after hours. The guy helping us was very informative and took the time to explain what was wrong in terms that we understood. Long story short, our issues was resolved swiftly and professionally. I felt that the customer service was great each step of the way. Pricing was fair and I felt confident knowing that we weren't being swindled out of money just because we were knowledgeable. Would recommend 10/10!
Metro Appliances Repair saved me money and a huge headache! I was on my way out of town for my anniversary. The kids were going to be left at home alone for the weekend. Wouldn't you know it, my refrigerator goes out. Of course this happens right after buying a week's worth of groceries and enough food to satisfy two growing teenagers and not to mention the friends that just "happen to stop by". I called Metro Appliances Repair and crossed my fingers.....but when they say "Its The Service After The Repair That Counts", they mean every word. Not only did they repair my refrigerator, but called during the weekend to make sure it was doing good.
