Let me start off by saying that the experience I had with Skyyline and their staff will be hard to match by any of their competitors. My truck was finally hit by a hail storm while I was at work and I had to watch helplessly as pea sized, then dimes, then nickels and then quarter sized hail riddled my brand new truck! So after making a call to the insurance company I started my search for a repair shop. Being a resident of Oklahoma I know too well that good paintless dent repair (PDR) shops are few and far between so what do you do? You look at the reviews. And I was very skeptical when I saw that Skyyline had a flawless track record. So I figured it would be a good place to start. I call their office number and get a message.. I thought to myself "well that's just peachy" and down the list I went. Before I could make the next call Barry Titus calls me back and apologizes about the missed call, turns out he has all the missed calls at his office fowarded to his cell phone. Barry is the president/CEO and works along side his employees to boot (very comendable in my book). He starts off by apologizing for the missed call and that his company's number one goal is customer satisfaction. So I took the truck to the shop. As he is making the estimates he also educates me in the process of PDR. Apart from his duties as president/CEO of the company he is also a master tech with loads of experience and passes along his knowledge. At this point I was commited to Skyyline. I wasn't able to leave my truck that day because I didn't have a rental car, so he went ahead and set me up with a rental the following day and a referral to his insurance agent (which also saved me about $79 a month on my cars and homeowners insurance! WOW!) Talk about going above and beyond. My insurance company wanted to replace my hood and cut off the roof of the truck to save time and cost, Skyyline advised me not to go that route because my truck would never be the same after that. Skyyline had my truck for 13 days only because they did it the right way, without any shortcuts. My truck looks like it did when I drove it off the lot the first time and the amazing thing is, they didn't replace a single part. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone I come across.

I do not live in the same town where I work and had my accident so I got a recommendation from my insurance company and had my car repaired by Collision King. My experience was nothing like the two negative reviews I saw listed here. Once my car was on site CK gave me an ETA for the repair completion based on the adjuster's notes. Once they actually got a look at the damage, they called and notified me it would be a few more days. When the day came, my car was ready and waiting for me. Everything looked great. My car had been washed and the damaged area looked better than it had before the accident. The only 'complaint' I would have is that my headlamp lenses were both hazed pretty well. They replaced the one side that was damaged in the accident but left the other side intact. This gives me one headlight with a bright, crystal clear lens and the other one hazed and old looking. When we checked out he told me he should have called and asked if I wanted that replaced. He then offered to get one for me and install it at his cost. To me, Collision King seems to do solid work. There were some minor details that they didn't ask about that would have maximized the customer service experience but they did what they were asked to do and made up for the oversights.
I had just made my first payment on my first totally new Honda Accord when out of no where I was rear-ended by a huge ford truck I was sitting still. The truck pushed me into the car in front of me. My car was towed to Davis on a friends advice . When I called them they we so helpful they handled my tow, had a rental car brought to me, helped unload my car seats an reinstalled them in the rental with out even being ask. The whole repair took 8 days from the time the 2 insurance companies had agreed with my estimator Brians findings. Brian explained the steps to me an everything went smoothly. All the staff at Davis Paint &Collision went above an beyond. I an so thankful that I chose them an any one else you will be also!!!!
