My son accidentally broke the cable piece on the back. Everyone else either wanted a fortune to fix it or stated it couldn't be fixed because it is a tube TV. Took it in on a Saturday, it was repaired by the next Wednesday. This is a family owned business that the wife and husband handle most but the grumpy guy (I think is the owners father) is okay too just old school. I dealt with the wife the most but the husband did help me unload and reload the television back in my vehicle. I could have done it but it is an older box TV and is fairly heavy. What a wonderful experience in a time where customer service is unheard of. They also were able to get me the correct hook up cables for my set. Thanks
We had a TV/DVD combo tube style television that was told by another company it couldn't be repaired. I called TV World and after talking to a lady there we decided to have it checked out. we have a small school and this TV is more durable than the new ones and wanted to keep it if we could. It did take about 10 days to get it repaired because they had to order a part but it is working great now and has been for the last month so I feel confident we will get a few more years out of it. I am glad we called around. This was a small business, family owned and the customer service was awesome.
When this guy showed up he looked liked a tv guy, becasue he was carryring 5 boxes. Being a Contractor I like a guy that off the bat isnt standing around talking, instead I like him to be working. BOTTOM LINE:My gal bless her heart was throwing my flat screen away because as she said it she killed it, dropped it. I scratched her car deer hunting, so we are even. But Joe <my forman> told me of this tv guy. $115 bucks and a handshake it works, in less than 1 hr. He rocks, as does Joe, and my girl Betty. You can trust this guy!
