To Whom It May Concern: I was recently in your store shopping for a dress for my daughter, Alex. We had several different appointments that day, and had even "filled" time between appointments at David's Bridal, although I'd vowed we would never shop there. While at David's, the salesperson had been waiting on 3 different girls simultaneously. She would place my daughter in a dress, and then leave her standing in the noisy, crowded store, under fluorescent lights, for about 20-30 minutes. While changing a dress, the salesperson told Alex not to go to JJ Kelly because they would be pushy and only show us $5000 dresses. So when we were done trying on all the polyester dresses we could in an hour, we headed to JJ Kelly. I am writing this letter to compliment you on a great atmosphere, selection, and on your Wedding Stylist, Delia. Upon our arrival, she was charming and helpful. We told Delia that we were looking for a dress under $1200, and she immediately found 4 beautiful dresses, well under that budget. She gave Alex her full attention and made us feel just as important as someone coming in with much higher budget. We did look at dresses at a number of other nice bridal stores, and we had at least 3 other serious contenders - all at the very top of our budget. But we purchased a JJ Kelly partly because Alex loved the dress, and partly because we were so comfortable and impressed with Delia's professionalism. Thank you for providing us with such a nice experience at the end of our hectic day.

There is a new manager and there must be different employees. We bridesmaids and my mom went in expecting the same mediocre service and high priced dresses as the local bridal shops. We were greeted immediately, asked what we were looking for, and even given space to look around for ourselves. My mom had already bought her wedding dress elsewhere, but that did not matter to them. All of us bridesmaids found our own dresses to try on, but everything was "eh" to us, so he picked out some dresses and amazingly there was one we all liked and agreed upon. We all have different body types and he was spot on with the styles. We ordered them, they came in on time and the seamstress was wonderful! It was a one time deal. My best friend is getting married and when we went back we received the same great service (another employee) and the guy who helped me a couple months ago asked me how my moms wedding went. My friend even found her dress and we (bridesmaids) are going back in a week to get our dresses.
David's has made our day! Again. For the second time I have taken a daughter of mine to David's and had the great experience of finding just the right wedding gown without having to even go to another shop. When we couldn't meet our original appt because of a delay at the dentist, we were told to go ahead and have lunch and to come whenever we could get there. When we arrived we were served by a very nice young lady named Morgen. She very patiently brought gowns to us and gave us good advice even though we are not big spenders. She gave us 2 hours of attention and found us a bargain on the dress my daughter liked best. I have to give this shop a 10 out of 10. Brides who like undivided attention should consider trying to go during the week instead of Saturday when most stores are busiest. And those who would rather not have to order a dress that takes a long time in delivery might like David's a lot because there are so many gowns on the rack of all sizes to choose from.
