The Problem: I purchased a very nice refrigerator with some very small (almost unnoticeable blemishes), everything worked while it was in the store, and I was told I have a 90 day policy. After delivery and set up, the freezer was not cooling and both ice makers stopped working and then they brought a loaner and took my refrigerator to repair. The Ugly: When you call the store for updates on your item being repaired, they are back and forth, whoever answers gives whatever knowledge they may have off the top of their head, inconsistent information, poor customer service, poor communication, no ability to schedule pick/drop off effeciently. The Good: They do follow up, they back their product, Tobey ( the daughter) is very nice, follows up, does her best, and it seems like they are making an effort to have some customer service. Follow up on Previous Review: To the person with the roaches - For all the horrified reviewers, I did not have any problems with bugs of any type.
As a former Marine, I can tell you that the lady talking about her husband being arrested for theft while purchasing a 52" lcd is insane. She has extremely bad grammar, and is an obvious liar. In my 10 year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, I never... ever... saw a General grade officer younger than 45. If her husband really is 33... and IF he is really an officer... his age would put him around the rank of Major or Lt. Col. Possibly, Colonel if he had an accelerate promotion somewhere along the way. Obviously... she is trying to justify herself for a reason. Her review carries no weight. I have always had good experiences with this store, and though I am only a few miles from another Best Buy store, I always go to this one.
Tyler came out Monday to check why my AC wasn't putting out cool air. He said there might be a leak and suggested the Coil may have to be replaced. Well, he came out this morning, along with Ted, and did a pressure check on the line. Turns out the line was holding pressure and I didn't require a new coil. He replaced a Schrader valve and made sure the coolant was topped off. I really appreciate his courtesy and knowledge and the fact he didn't want to charge me for some super expensive part if he didn't need to do so. Thanks! Bryant Heating and Air!!!
