We originally went in and took our part that needed to be replaced with us. The employee identified the part and ordered it. We asked several times if this isn't it will we have any issues returning it? The employee assured we would be fine.
They never even called us to let us know its in, we had to call and find out it was there.
It didn't fit, so we went to return it, easily like the employee assured us. The part was $117, they charged us a $30 "return fee" (because a tiny part will cost $30 to ship back to honda, when the employee ordered the wrong part in the first place).
Then in all the frustration we didn't count the cash the employee handed us until we got to the car, but the same said employee also shorted us another $5 on top of that! No we didn't drop it, all the cash was folded up with the receipt we just didn't look at it till we got to the car and knew this dishonest company wouldn't be worth going back in to ask for the correct change.
