Forward about a year from opening day...

I was at this store on February 16th and set in the drive thru with others for over 30 minutes setting and watching people drive away tired of the wait.

I was tired of it as well so figured I had invested 30 plus minutes in this adventure so why not go in and see about getting my order filled inside at lease I could get my order placed so after another grueling 30 minutes waiting and watching these people fumble about like uneducated school children since I and I and others had been so patient and waited for their order to be filled when me and one other man who had been there in line even before I arrived said hello excuse me all I need is my 12 pieces of chicken ... no sides and I can go. the other patron said yes and I just need my two piece meal I have been here even longer than this man.. well the simple response to our cry was were kind of busy and short handed what do you need well I explained our disposition and quiet without dramatics and the store server said OK your next well imagine my excitement... what kind of chicken did you order before I could say a word she hastily filled a box full of spicy chicken with the grace you would put out a burning mattress in you r own home. and slung that to the other server who said want some hot sauce... hmm ..NO Thank You

so one year later and all has been forgotten here at this store service with a smile gone,consideration for others , empathy anything that might warrant my going back was not shown to me or anyone else ..boo hiss to this team at this store please find jobs somewhere else do us all a favor..
