I originally went in November to place my account on a freeze means they charge you less while your not using them.. Come December I got charged the full price! I called to get corrected they didnt want to reimburse the difference they said because they didnt have the paperwork of the freeze on file!! Oh im sorry your employees lost it or never even asked me to fill one out so long ago i dont recall if i did or didnt!! and then to top things off i went in to cancel my account in December due to this frustration then again instead of them cancelling my account they decide to freeze it!! i have called @ least 3 times since and still im always told the owners have to take care of it because they are the ones who handle the billing!! I assume all these pacific tans they have opened have made them lose sight of good rapport .. i must be to small of a person to hurt them financially????
