Mesquite Oasis RV Park

The owner is very honest that the photos on the web site are stock photos that were put on the site when it went online. A dirt parking lot really? I've never seen one that had an exceptional laundry room, rec room with pool table, Foosball, a computer for client use, and an exercise room with some of the cleanest and nicest bathrooms I've seen. All of this is at your disposal 24/7 through keypad locks. Is it dusty, well you are in west Texas during one of the worst droughts ever, there is dust and when the wind blows it is dusty, but that is not their fault. This park is quiet and safe for families. As a matter of fact there are several families living there. All utilities are paid and if you start looking around and adding up the costs of deposits and all the extras at the other parks then it ends up about the same price if not cheaper than some of the other licensed/permitted parks in the area. Not to mention that they are on CITY water, not well water which is comforting to know that I am not using non potable water. If you want a dirt parking lot, check out some of the backyard RV Parks, or others that offer you nothing in the middle of a field for $450.00-$550.00 a month. For the cleanliness, safety, and quiet, it is well worth the $750.00 a month. The owners have worked hard to make this a very nice park and continue to do so.
