        If you want superior service with people who shoot straight about what is wrong with your Cadillac, this is NOT the place. My car went in needing a new battery & cables. It took a week with NO loaner offered and when I asked for one I was told, "Oooh, I don't believe we have one." I was starting a new job in Midland & this was a hardship on us with 1 vehicle. After almost a week, Steve told me that the battery/cables & motor mount would have to come from Michigan which would take another 4 days. Really?!! I had to get rude to get results. Bad experience - I will get my my Caddy serviced when I go back to Ft Worth & go to Frank Kent where I bought it. It will be worth a 300 mile drive to get superior service.
