Overall

Too slow

I love Dickeys and was very excited to have one in Odessa but the system they use at this location is too slow. The location in Midland is much more efficient. Here tonight holding a table and watching my husband wait in a long line that is barely moving. No complaints about anything else just the way they take orders.
