Getting old tint replaced with new and darker tint this weekend. He was friendly and honest which is the first thing I look for when speaking to a company rep or owner. Prices for taking tint off and installing was much better than the dealers in Fairfax va but I hope the quality of the finish sticks with current view they have from me. Wish me luck! I'll keep u all posted.
Update: I got the car done this past weekend and he finished in 2/2.5 hours. Great work in the amount of time bit I HAD to take a star down because he left an awful mess in my car with disgusting windows and tint film EVERYWHERE. Also, my passenger side window had ONE tiny piece of dirt in it which I won't bother taking back cuz its small but still a little noticeable. It's important to clean up after yourself tint doctor, it poses a great image upon yourself and your work so your customers can ride with pride after they pick up their cars! -

As the owner of the company I apologize but I did provide you with all the details you ask as well as what type of warranty and what the warranty covers. The only thing I didn't provide you with was the price quote because we have to see the house to give you a exact quote. Some companies quote over the phone some don't. Recently I have been looking into getting window tinting done on my home. I have been doing some research on different tint types, such as how much heat they will reduce, UV protection, etc. Well, I wrote these guys an email and never got a response. THEN I called to get more information and the guy could barely tell me anything about the tint they carry. All he told me was they offer a lifetime warranty, but he barely knew what the warranty covered. He said he had been doing this for about 10-11 years, but I asked if he tinted a lot of residences, and he said "yea I do a couple..." sorry buddy, but that doesn't sell me on your company! He couldn't even give me a quote over the phone even though I had all of my window sizes. Needless to say, I called another company and got a quote right away. Get it together guys!

I was skeptic if I should give this tint…
I was skeptic if I should give this tint shop a try based on the previous review. I recently purchased my BMW 745 and wanted a great tint job for a decent price. It was not at all what I read about the shop. The owner was professional and did an excellent job; I am satisfied with both the quality of the job as well as the price. I have no complaints. Recommended!

I am more then upset with this place. I brought my acura tl in for tint last week. Right off the bat I felt like maybe I should have kept driving. The place is a hangout. There were 6 guys standing around, eyeing me up like I was intruding on their turf. The tinter was not friendly at all. I was willing to overlook these things if the job was done right. Well big suprise it wasn't. When I came back to pick my car up I noticed a huge hair in my back window ask well a light showing around these edges of my small side windows. I brought them to the attention of the owner, his responce, "That's an good tint job and to let it dry for a week". Its been a week still have a hairs and gaps in my windows. I have already scheduled to have my tint replaced by another tint place. I hope this review can save someone from experiencing what I did.

As the owner of this business the things that are said in this review is not what I represent nor my business. My shop is not a hangout spot never has been. Also I carry a LIFE TIME WARRANTY film and I have never had a complaint in the month of August for a Acura TL nor did I tint one. I have never been rude to any of my customers thats not my character. I been in business for ten years and I am very professional and I would never tell a customer to let his tint dry for a week with a hair and gaps in there windows. This person is a fraud and I would never let this happen. Fill free to come pass my business to see my professional atmosphere. Thank you and have a good day
