As bad as they come. Estimate was ridiculously high and when I challenged him about the price, he literally yelled at me over the phone. I told him we'd have the work done elsewhere, and when we went to pick up the car, he had sabotaged it so it would no longer run. We had it towed to another shop who found/fixed the sabotage and fixed the original problem, all for about half the Seven Oaks estimate. Check out his F rating in B.B.B.

I'm really impressed. I went for an inspection and they handled my car quickly. The front desk clerk was polite, and there was even a scented candle burning in the lobby (which was a nice touch, actually). I've finally found a mechanic to come back to!
