        Every single time that I visit...

        Every single time that I visit that salon, there is some sort of "disagreement" going on between the stylists. The Salon's owner is so rude and lacks the customer service experience required to make clients feel welcomed and appreciated. My particular stylist does an amazing job but I frequent the salon to have some "me" time away from the busyness of life and it never fails; each time I go there is some type of chaos and confusion with Mahia right smack in the middle of it all. So much time is spent on foolishness that customers are constantly waiting forever to be serviced. I actually remember the owner from several of the other salons in the area where she has had the same problem in each salon. Now I understand that just maybe, she was the problem at the other places. If those kinds of problems follow you everywhere you go, then maybe, just maybe, she is the problem.

        I had a good experience at this shop started off with a lil confusion but it was takencare of and they took good care of me and I was very pleased with the out come of my Tree braides thank you ! I will go there again:)
