I absolutely love tanning here!

I have been here for about 2 years now and ever since I walked in the door it's been my favorite. Which is why i am a bit confused when reading the reviews on here... the employees are so very friendly, which is hard to find seeming all the other places i've been to the employees are cranky and not nice at all. the beds give me an excellent color and everything is always super neat and clean here! i HIGHLY recommend this place. as for the review with the snotty high school girls.. every time i go in there i haven't dealt with the high school drama! they must come in at a different time than me.

This place is AWFUL, the clerk flat-out lied about me, the next day I go in for a single tanning session I get yelled at in front of other costumers!!

It was bad enough the day before this she was to busy talking to her boyfriend to help me with lotion options, she decides to lie about me to her management. I had asked this same girl to call her management to fix the package she claimed was on my account that night when it shouldn't have been there! She told me to leave and it will all be handled, and not to pay for this session it was covered. Even though I had my wallet out the entire time, more then willing to. I even went into my records to see if they had made a mistake on my credit card, no extra charged showed. The second I walked in that following day I even asked the clerk who was there if they cleared it, but I get yelled at and was told the girl from the night before has told management I lied to her to get a "free tan". Yet I was back the next day, to tan and see if the problem was solved....

I was also asked for the owners numbers to let them know exactly how I was treated, what their employees did to me, yet I was denied that. They wouldn't give me an e-mail or phone number.

I was treated with such disrespect, the things they did to me were horrible, and I left in tears. I will never go there again, I do not recommend this place!!

I really love the feel of the place. Its up beat and happy, and the beds are nice and clean. My only problem is that at any givin time there is a bunch of snotty high school girls just hanging out talking loudly and using profanity. I have noticed that more often then not, the girls sitting around on the couches are either not tanning or done tanning and waiting for some one, leaving the people waiting for their turn to stand.
