Use with caution. I have been a patron for about two years. Overall, I thought the service was usually pretty decent. However, in the past year as their business has grown the level of service has suffered with less experienced staff that are very quick to rush patrons through the service.
On the Saturday before Mother's day, I made a big mistake. I arrived in the mid afternoon when it was very busy. But after about ten minutes I was sent to the pedicure station. When I placed my feet in the water, it was cold. I told the fellow, and he said "Sorry, we are out of hot water since we are so busy." Well, long story short...I should have got up and ran. Now just about a week later I have a severe infection in by big toe. My physician said that it had to be caused by the dirty nail salon. Never again...let my pain be your warning! -

I had a pedicure on Saturday afternoon, The manager greeted me warmly as I entered and I was seated promptly. My pedicurist was very friendly and thorough. She made my homely toes pretty and my dry winter skin silky smooth. She did a great job and I'm very happy

Lady at the front was extremely rude and from reading the other reviews, this is common. She was also very critical telling me I needed other services..which I do not. With all the other places to choose from, I would highly recommend going ELSEWHERE. Chances are, you'll find better prices too!

We reserved our places ahead of time for my daughter, her bridal party and family. The owner did my nails and was rushed and not paying attention to what she was doing. I never had this done before so I didn't know what to expect. She did a terrible job on my daughters nails and mine, the tips were crooked and the nails uneven. We got split up from each other which I didn't like either. I will not go back here.

The woman that greeted me made this review a little bit lower than it could have been. The guy that worked with me was great, conversational, and interested. I would say the work is normal, nothing spectacular, the woman running the show, however, was a little rude.
