I have dealt with this business for every appliance in two homes over the past 32 years. Prices were very competitive, many times beating the bix box competition. Whenever service was needed, they have been prompt and provided outstanding service at a very reasonable price. Now my kids buy from them. Great to have a local business that "cares!"
My wife brought couple of the pans replacement for our fridge, and the woman on the phone said we can return the fridge pans if we it was wrong part or we are no longer need it.
My wife called Radtke today wanting to return them but they told my wife once we left the store with the parts, they will not accept the return. Basically they just lie to the customer!! Liar! Will not do business with this people again for sure!
We apologize for the misunderstanding of our policy... as it is stated in our store policy hanging in the window, all special order parts are non refundable. Had it been the incorrect part ordered by our staff we would have been more then happy to replace the item. If you would have ordered them and then decided afterwards you did not want them, you are correct in saying that we will not take them back. I'm sure you can imagine how many special order parts we would get stuck with in our inventory without this policy in place.

contacted them to try to avoid big box store wanted personal service as our wall oven/micro needed new micro. Problem was they never really wrote my info so ended up ordering - but I finally contacted them. Needed a "" trim kit"" that they had in stock but claim it was damaged 1 hour before our scheduled install! Ps no other kit available they would contact rep for GE. Asked them to install anyway my husband took off work -however my husband said the guy delivered it and left!! We could of picked up any micro if it wasn't about the proper fit and install we are not even able to remove the old one! Now I have a micro in a box and one broken one in the wall. Not the small business service we expected!
