HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
I used their services back in Dec. 2008 and anywhere that I can rate their services I have no problem in taking my time to do so. From the moment I contacted Ocoee Family Funeral they were professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and experienced. In addition; Ocoee Family Funeral coordinated with hospice, the airline, and funeral home in Puerto Rico allowing me and my family to grieve at a horrible time. I left out of their not feeling as another customer as I felt with other funeral homes I had previously visited. Instead I was treated as family. Ocoee Family Funeral prices were reasonable compared to other funeral homes where they seemed to take advantage of one’s situation. Reasonable price does not mean cheap because they were punctual, the makeup was not cakey as I had observed in other funeral homes, and soon after the viewing they shipped my mother to Puerto Rico. This company went above and beyond, in my opinion they do not receive ALL the recognition they deserve! From start to finish they were exceptional I highly recommend them! C. Negron

A Hidden Gem
Funerals must be planned quickly and a Funeral Director can easily take advantaghe of bereaved people who may have never had to plan a funeral service. I contracted with Ocoee Family Funeral nearly three weeks ago for complete funeral services for a family member. I found the people at this firm to be extremely helpful in the planning, selection and execution of the funeral. I was very satisfied with the chapel, the cosmetology, the 3 hours set aside for the viewing, transportation of the casket to the cemetery and overall coordination which was flawless. The director was very helpful with the ancillaries: cards, flowers and preparation of the documents on a short notice. Most of all I was extremely pleased with the modest overall cost of the funeral and strongly recommend their services and facilities. It is true you can order a casket on the internet and have it flown in, but I found this Funeral Home's casket prices to match up with the lowest internet offerings.

In February my father died and we used Ocoee Family Funeral Home. This was my first experience in making funeral arrangments and they were so helpful and actually made a stressful situation much easier than I expected. Having heard how the funeral industry is somewhat like a used car dealer, I was prepared for high prices and pressure for me to spend more. To my surprise, there prices were much less than I would have ever dreamed. I can assure you that Ocoee Family Funeral Home will be our choice for any future deaths. Shirley Merrick
