Several times I have visited Ginza, they have the ability to cook anything,they have professional chefs, any kind of food would you wish to eat, you will find here, staff is very friendly and respected, I like their crab ragoons and raspberry sake as well, so the problem is that they should maintain their presentation more excellent, so that everyone will able to get their stuff quickly. otherwise it's awesome.
Ginza's will cook what you want and how you want it. If you don;t like something, they will substitute for you. I have never had a poor experience! My children have eaten here since they were 1 and 2, and it is their fave place to eat. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get!
I've visited Ginza at least a dozen times and I've never been disappointed. The food and service are outstanding, better than even Kobe's! (not to mention they're easier on your pocket book too). It's one place that everyone should visit at least once.
