Forest River Inc

We have had our Forest River Trailer (a 24 footer - enclosed - 8.5 feet tall - 7k double torsion axles ) for close to a year. Very happy with how it is holding up. We use it almost daily to move furniture for our moving company. We had an issue with the roof leaking and our dealer said we had to take it back to the plant in Ocilla - a big hassle but I think all of the trailer makers require this. Any way - it turns our we probably poked the hole causing a tear from inside the trailer so it was not a warranty issue. I was impressed with how quickly this was repaired and I feel the caring folks at Forest River charged me below their cost for the repair. I will be a repeat customer.

Bought a top of the line 4 x 7 enclosed motorcycle trailer for $2300 from them, before the warranty was out the whole suspension system ripped out from underneath it while traveling through Louisiana. When I spoke to Mr Lee Hunter at the Ocillia Georgia plant where it was built he refused to do anything for me, said I musta put too much weight in the trailer, but all it ever carried was a 650 pound Harley, even though it was rated for almost 3000 pounds. said there was nothing he could do for me that it was my problem and not theirs! So my advice is if you come a cross a sunshine or Forest River trailer, you need to not walk away but we run as fast as you can!!!
