I just adopted a new puppy from the human society and they gave me free services at the mission animal and bird hospital. After looking at there reviews that where terrible !!! It saddens me to write a negative review.
I was there during the hospitals opening, I referred family and friends to Dr Bob, I supported their events, I referred volunteers. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 yrs. The office manager shows me her appreciation for my business by charging me twice and actually believing its okay to bring your animal in twice for the same procedure due to the fact that it wasn't done correctly the first time.

The problem I have his double billing me, making my sensitive dog come twice in one week for the SAME SERVICE THAT I FEEL WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. Why would my dog have to come back a week later for same procedure? And the office manager feels it was ok to charge me twice!!! No other business that I know of makes an error and then charges you twice. I would not tolerate that work ethic from any business so I am no longer going to be a customer of MABH.
I have no problem with the doctors that have helped my LadyBella with her anxiety when it's time for her annuals or medical issues.
I do have a problem with an office management that thinks it's ok to speak for an animal owner and over charge loyal customers.
Dr. Bob needs to know how I feel and her is my goodbye.

Not so helpful. I just tried to get an idea if they could help with my issue for my pet and even though I was quite detailed they would answer nothing and just kept telling me to bring them in for an examination before telling me if they even could do anything for my pet. This place is very large, well staffed, and clean. Friendly and familiar staff. Their procedures are very pet and human friendly. I am expecting to pay a little more than at my old vet, but, I am changing because my old vet provided wrong information and here it was clarified my dog did not need to be on medication for life.
