CruiseOne Oceanside

I just returned from a fun cruise with my family to the Bahamas. Our agent, Kim, at CruiseOne Oceanside, did a great job helping us decide which type of room would work best for our family, and was very patient explaining our options for shore excursions and generally in explaining how things worked on a cruise. (This was our first time on a cruise.) I will be using them for our next trip and recommend to friends. Thanks CruiseOne Oceanside for the memories that will last a lifetime….

I got engaged on this cruise and the crew was amazing. I went up to my waiter, Jaime, and asked where the best place to do it was, he did all kinds of fancy stuff for me...FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!! First, got the manager of the boat to congratulate me before hand, then he had all kinds of great ideas. I ended up proposing on the 4th of July while the fireworks were going off. When I got down on one knee, he come up and brought champagne and a bouquet of flowers. Then they announced it to the whole boat our engagement. They did a fantastic job. i highly recommend the crew, their food, and the atmosphere. I may be a bit partial because of the excitement but I truly felt like I was the only one on the boat. Thank you so much.

I just returned from a 23 day custom tour arranged by Kim at CruiseOne Oceanside. What a great trip! I only had a couple weeks to plan my trip, but Kim was able to put together the perfect itinerary. The genius of travel planning is pacing and where and when to put your money. This was extraordinary. Kim picked perfect hotels for our needs, smaller guides for the key sites, open days in the right places for pacing. Kim was available during the trip when we had questions. Trips like this are complex, requiring many flights, transfers, bookings, etc. not one glitch and all great arrangements. My brother used her for his trip 6 months earlier, and also had a fabulous time and experience. This trip was truly the “Dream Vacation”.

My experience with Kim at CruiseOne Oceanside was spectacular. She worked very hard to get to know what was important to me. My cruise is going to be phenomenal, thanks to Kim. She initially worked hard to find me a solid deal on a "junior suite". That would be the SZ category. Then, out of the blue, she sends us an opportunity to upgrade to the SC, SB or SA Deluxe Suite category. These are the highest level of suites onboard. For thousands of dollars less, I am sailing in the SA Cabin 7064. I couldn't be more thrilled and so look forward to this dream vacation. What a relief to find a travel agency that makes planning vacation getaway so easy. CruiseOne Oceanside we very helpful in helping me coordinate my trip and helped with what to do to make the best of my time. I will definitely be using them again on my next vacay.
