I have found this business to be the most honest business I have ever dealt with!! The customer service is great as well. They are always busy, and the waiting area is small, but do yourself a favor and come to this business. I brought a car in for an alignment. They told be that the car wouldn't hold an alignment, because the front end was needing replacement. The previous week I had bought 4 new tires at another business. That business tried to sell me an alignment, and I had declined. Tee Pee SHOWED me why an alignment would be a waste of money. The front end was so damaged, it wouldn't stay aligned for even a day. I took it for a second opinion. They said the same. Within 3 weeks, I traded the car in. On the way to the dealership, it felt like the front wheels were going to fall off, or that you had 2 flat tires at 30 mph. Tee Pee was right. They saved me money.
Took my truck to them because sometimes the wheels wouldn't turn, such as pulling into a parking space. Within 20 minutes the problem was temporarily fixed. The linkage on the 4 wheel drive hadn't released under the truck, even though the display showed the truck was in 2 wheel drive. NO CHARGE!!!!!
I've taken plenty of vehicles there for service, and I've never been disappointed. Fair charges for honest work. No high pressure sale pitches. No unnecessary work. Being a female, I've had a lot of automotive merchants, or repair facilities try to pull one over on me. Pep Boys tried to get me to replace all 4 brakes and rotors, when they didn't need replacing. When I asked them to show me a new rotor, and then show me how mine were deficient, they then said they lacked the time to do the work. HMMM!!!
Tee Pee is an honest business. In a sea of "sharks", you might be wise to come here.
