        He will brush you off to his Nurse Practitioner, even when you request to see him. Also the staff do not return your calls, another medical office requested my medical records twice I did sign a medical release form first.
        I then called and while they were at lunch and gave them my information and requested my medical records to be sent to the other doctors office, But No call back no medical records. I'm though with this Doctor and his office staff. Check around before you go here.

        DONT EVER GO THERE! The doctor is so rude and does not listen to you. He doesn't want to be questioned at all.
