Discount Brake & Tire

i could not believe the lack of professionalism with this company. I came in to town to visit my family and needed two new tires. The representative on the phone said he would have to order them and would call me in 30 minutes. Almost two hours later I called back and was put off another 30 minutes. In the meantime I got a call from home advising me that my son was en route to the hospital. When the gentleman (I use that term very loosely) called me to tell me the tires were finally there I advised him I was on my way home (two hours away) due to an emergency. He actually started yelling at me asking me what was he was supposed to do with the tires. After listening to his tirade for several minutes I hung up. He called back and left a very nasty voicemail. Just what I need while trying to drive home not knowing how badly hurt my child was. I will let everyone I know NEVER to bother with this store. There are so many nice tire stores that know what real customer service is. i have never been treated so poorly.
