I wrote previously about my experience with the alignment, rotate and balance. I spoke with Brad the owner, he apologized for the way the situation was handled and we agreed on a fair price for the work that was completed and offered to redo the work that needed corrected. I had my vehicle realigned before I spoke with him. I know word of mouth can make or break a company, but his concern for customer service and communication will bring loyalty. I would take my car back to All Source again.
Love all the things you guys offer to the consumer! Sort of a "last stop" on the way out of town! They offer everything from pet supplies, garden supplies, Dixie Choppers, equipment rentals, Remote car starters, car stereos, tools, batteries, and tires, body work, And they even have a Watkins display of products! Oh, and did I mention "Service Oriented?" Great customer service with down to earth people! Good Job and Keep up the good work!
