Our clients have hired us to cater their events in many of South Florida's most desirable locations. We are a Preferred Vendor because of the care that we take when hosting events at these luxurious properties.

ULTIMATE CUISINE WAS THE ULTIMATE!
ULTIMATE CUISINE WAS THE ULTIMATE!!
We used Ultimate Cuisine for our wedding on February 2, 2013 and were blown away. A friend recommended them and we are so glad she did. The customer service right from the start was top notch. Jamie met us out at the venue, a private residence on the ocean in Manalapan, to go over everything prior to even booking them. And, I was not charged for that which amazed me right away. Jamie took care of all off the tables, chairs, and linens for MUCH less than any of the other caterers out there. Additionally, we got to eat off of china, and there was no up-charge like all of the other quotes I got. China and real silverware was included in their price!
The passed appetizers were amazing, the coconut crusted scallops with the pina colada sauce and the conch fritters were my favorites, but the funny things was each of the appetizers were someone's favorite! Then the main dishes were delicious. Also, Jamie recommended Cakes by Nancy and said her cakes were to die for, and she was right. We had a white cake with key lime and whipped cream filling and a butter cream frosting-there wasn't any left and several people who told me they never eat wedding cake ate ours! A few of of wedding guests were snowed in in the northeast and couldn't make the wedding at the very last minute due to cancelled flights and Jamie assured me she would pack up plenty of left overs for me and my husband. However, EVERYTHING went. That's how good the food was! There was actually a little prime rib left, which was packed up for us at the end of the night and made a yummy meal the next day. Not only was the food incredible, but the staff was incredible as well. They made sure that my husband and I ate first, just to be sure we didn't get too caught up in everything and forget to eat. I can't tell you how many people commented on the food saying things like, "wedding food is usually just so-so but this was SO GOOD". We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, and Ultimate Cuisine was big reason why. The next day were trying to think of some kind of party we could have so we could use them again!! :) -

Ultimate cuisine was truly amazing. We just had our wedding reception last weekend and my parents already reminded me to write a good review for them. They gave us a lot of good ideas for our wedding reception and helped us prepare the wedding reception. The food was excellent and the staffs were very professional. A lot of our guests complimented on their food. I will definitely recommend them for my friends and my Company if they are planning to do any parties or catering events.

Ultimate Cuisine was absolutely amazing. My daughter wanted to have her Bat Mitzvah at the Fort Laudredale Children's Theater in the Galleria Mall. This presented a challenge as there is no kitchen, no stove, not even a sink. I searched the internet for a caterer that could handle this, and I found Ultimate Cuisine. I loved that their prices and menu's are right on their website, so I had an idea of how much it would cost even before making the fist phone call. Ty was fantastic. He assured me that he'd be able to set up a field kitchen right in the parking lot, and he even took care of getting approval from the mall. A week before the party I was getting very nervous, and Ty could sense I needed some reassurance. We met at the venue (Ty's suggestion!) and we talked for over an hour about everything that could possibly go wrong, and he alleviated all of my concerns. The Bat Mitzvah reception was spectacular. Ty and his crew were phenomenal. The service was better than a 5 star restaurant, the food was out of this world, and the entire staff was friendly, cheerful and extremely professional. You can tell they they love what they do. Ty even let my 13 year old daughter decide on their attire for the day which made her very happy. My guests kept going back to the buffet over and over again, telling me that the food was delicious. Everything was cooked right there on the premises, not carted in and rewarmed, so everything tasted fresh and amazing. I saw many of my guests complimenting Ty and his staff. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. The final bill was exactly what was agreed on with no last minute surprises. They even packed up the leftover food for me to take home! I couldn't have asked for anything better!

crazy for our caterer!

We had our caterer selected, but when we decided to downsize our wedding we called the caterer to let them know and we never received a call back. I guess our wedding was just too small for them! We were referred to ultimate cuisine through our venue, and talk about things happening for a reason. When I called them I immediately got a hold of Jamie, the coordinator, and from the first conversation I realized these were the people for us. Kind, responsive, willling and entusiastic. I asked them if they would mind replicating a special recipe for us and it was never an issue. My husband is a chef, and so normally people would think we would have ridiculous expectations, but in fact we expected normal catered food as to not set our expectations to high. Well needless to say, we did not get the status quo. Our buffet was exceptional. The fish and chicken were most and hot! People went crazy for their jalapeno cheddar cornbread! So few companies take pride in what they do, but ultimate cuisine is genuinely excited to be a part of your big days success. Go with them and you will not be dissappointed. Angelique & Scott

The Best Day of Our Lives!
I might have been a difficult bride to worth with... I had a tight schedule and only thought about this day my entire life. I am a planner by nature and love to be control of everything! A word of advice to any/all brides, your day you will not have control of mother nature and the ring barer hitting their head and having to go to the emergency room. BUT what you can control are the people that you hire to make sure your entire day goes smoothly. The biggest job you can hire is for your catering... I looked for months before I found Ultimate Cuisine, I wish I found them earlier in my search!! Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with and she is extremely organized. I had the worse experience with other caters and not returning my emails or phone calls. Jamie treated me like I was a client before we had even put the deposit down. Our wedding had the usual surprises and curve balls but none of the guest noticed and everything just went seemly perfect. I was able to enjoy myself, fully, with no worries of my wedding... Other than the ring barer, who later that night enjoyed himself on the dance floor. I would highly recommend Ultimate Cuisine!!

First Class Service
We used Ultimate Cuisine to cater our company holiday party last year. The service was extremly professional and classy. We chose a dinner buffet which was amazing. All of our employees voted to have the exact same menu for our holiday party again this year because they loved the food so much! Ultimate Cuisine made our party feel like an intimate private dinner at a fine restaurant, not at all your typical catered event. We would highly recommend this catering service, and the paella!!

My Special Day
My husband and I had our Wedding and reception at Edward Deike Auditorium in Plantation. Jamie Pignone was professional and patient. I look at her as a friend.
The owners Ty and Tim are a great duo. They make sure everything goes to plan. Thank you both. I want to give props to the servers that attended also. Tim and Russell you guys were great. Especially Tim, you made sure my husband and I were taking care of though out the night.

Mom's 90th Birthday ...Spectacular !!!!!!
Looking back, the pains of being over a thousand miles away planning my Mom's 90th bd and having 26 years experience in foodservice ourselves with five caterers in the running early on provided needless anxiety. In my very first call with Jamie Pignone, her sensitivity, good cheer and professionalism handling EVERY detail with Ty and the team made the rest a "'piece of cake'" HA !. The impressive menu selection and price/value and flexibility in setup they provided now has my Mom and her fifty plus close friends in the Ft Lauderdale area asking her who was that caterer that dazzled everyone. Yes, they dazzled us too. There isn't enough room to add all the good things we could add ..except to say , make it easy o yourself . Call Jamie and Ty up ..let them take care of the details.

Last month I planed a surpirze party for my bosses girlfriend and jamie took such great care of everything, The experience of working with her was such a pleasure... Excellent value and service
I worked with Jamie at Ultimate Cuisine and they exceeded all of my expectations. We were planning an out of town wedding from NC and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience since Jamie came on board.
I work with wedding vendors often so I know value when I see it. Jamie and Ultimate Cuisine made my sisters wedding amazing. Every detail was perfection and the value could not be beat. Also the service and professionalism was beyond what we could have hoped for.
Also Ultimate cuisine was able to provide us with an eclectic menu which suited the bride and grooms diverse heritage. All in all I would use Ultimate Cuisine again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service, value and delicious food. -
Wonderful Caterer
I am an event planner in Washington, DC and was planning a surprise party for my mother back home in Fort. Lauderdale. While researching I found Ultimate Cuisine. Their prices are amazing and my contact Jamie was extremely nice and very responsive.
The food was great! I received many complements and inquires into how I found them from my guests. They were right on time - which is obviously very important with a surprise party.
Since I work with vendors on a daily basis I was very pleased to find Ultimate Cuisine (and Jamie!) to be so wonderful to work with! I would definitely suggest them for your next event! -

Above and Beyond
Celebrating Thanksgiving and Dad's 90th birthday during the same family gathering posed a challenge - how to mesh the two without diminishing the celebratory rites of either. With Jamie's help and the staff's assistance, the day turned out perfect. Traditional Thanksgiving food coupled with Dad's favorites created an outstanding menu and the chef's attention to detail was evident in every dish he served up. The day was a rousing success thanks to Ultimate Cuisine whose owner and staff went 'above and beyond' to exceed my expectations.

As a former caterer and hotel catering manager, I know what to look for in presenation, service and pricing. After working with Tai & Tim fo almost 10 years at different jobs and companies, it is refreshing to know I don't have to do anything but greet the guests as they arrive and leave. Their attention to detail, friendly, knowledgeable & mature staff and delightully prepared food make my job effortless. The Perfect Caterer!
Finding the right caterer is probably the most important part of planning a wedding. In my search for the perfect catering company I was recommended by a friend to call Ultimate Cuisine. My first phone call I spoke to Ty Gerould. He spent the next hour with me talking about all the things that Ultimate Cuisine could do for me to make my wedding spectacular and run smoothly. He was so personable and gave me so much information about weddings that I had not thought of. Their menu was impressive and extensive and when I tasted the food I knew they had a very talented chef. Ty made the planning so easy and the wedding day was absolutely perfect. The table arrangements were beautiful and very professional. During the reception the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. There was never an empty glass or a dirty plate. The servers were very attentive to the guests but especially to me. They made sure I was eating and was hydrated which is the one thing the bride always forgets to do at her wedding! After they cleaned up when the last guest was gone, it was like they were never there. I could not believe how spotless they left the place! I have used Ultimate Cuisine for numerous other catering occasions and will continue to do so. I have always been extremely happy with the results.

Perfection from start to finish!
Here I am 58 years old, getting married and of course among the 38 guests at the reception/luncheon was my very proper mother from Atlanta, GA who gave me a book called "The Art of Entertaining" for my 14th birthday. She said, "One can never start too young to learn the proper way, honey." So my mission: finding the best catering company I could, knowing everything would be studied with great care by my Mom. On the 6th phone call to various companies, I encountered Jamie Pignone of Utimate Cuisine. I knew right away this was the one. From our first conversation to the last glass packed neatly back in their van, the professionalism of service and the artistic display and quality of food was without flaw. The best thing...Mom said "Honey, that was the perfect party."
