I found South East Cutlery in the yellow pages on a Saturday morning after agonizing over not being able to find anyone near me to sharpen my kitchen knives. The limited hours are a bummer but I made it in time and the gentleman told me he would be working a little past his published hours (12noon). He tended to me right away and was fast, accurate, and totally customer-oriented. Not only did he sharpen my knives, but also gave me pointers for maintaining my treasured Global knives. I LOVE good kitchen equipment, so I was almost a bit glad he wouldn't be open too much longer that day. I could have stayed for hours there!
