        I was given the contact for Auto Glass Specialists by my Audi dealer so I took my two year old Q5 with a cracked windscreen to them.
        Everything went just as they said and the completed job was perfect.
        Staff couldn't be nicer and while I was there I noticed that they also do glass tinting and broken mirror repair - useful to know.
        Would certainly go back if I ever needed any of their services.
        Nice job!

        The staff at this location were just awesome! The price could not be beat! The quick service was great!! They even switched out my windshield wipers that were completed mangled at no extra charge. Friendly and helpful people. Recommended by Atlantic Auto on 5th st. Also great place to have car repaired. :)

        This place was great, they tak...

        This place was great, they take the personal time to help you and if they cant they try to get you in the right direction. They helped me with my latch on my truck even though its not part of what they actually do. I went back to get my car tinted and it came out wonderful!! Very nice facility/waiting room and friendly people. very prefessional. If you want it done right the first time, THESE are the people!

        Do not use this business. Daughters 2003 Honda brought in the morning for removal and application of tint. Received call around 3 pm that the car could not be finished and there was an excuse that the weather was too cool or some type of emergency happened. They had partially removed tint from the passenger side window. When husband went to pick up the car one of the employees was complaining that she could not get the parking brake to lower and my husband had to do it. When my daughter got in the car she noticed that the boot around the parking brake was missing. The owner of the shop would not admit that it happened when the car was there. Their service is bad.

        We understand you feel you had a poor experience with our company. I would personally like to take the time to address your concerns. Unfortunately, cold weather makes it very hard to soften the adhesive and remove the film, which I had mentioned to your husband when he scheduled the appointment, when you called me to confirm and when he dropped the car off. When your husband arrived to pick up the car, he did release the parking brake because the staff member trying to pull the car out has carpel tunnel and yes she was having difficulty. As far as the parking brake boot, we would have no reason to remove it. Being that your husband scheduled the appointment, dropped of the car, and was the one to pick it up I'm sure he would have noticed that and brought it to our attention. Please contact our office so we may try to help you resolve this issue.
