I rarely write negative reviews but Able definitely deserves one. This company is a scam. My business paid $130 for them to come to my business for an hour to fix our printer. They took the printer as soon as they arrived and said they had to parts to fix it. We contacted them multiple times the following week trying to get a status update on the printer and no response. The company finally contacted us saying that now they want to charge us over $600 and 3 hours of labor to fix the printer. The worst part is that they refuse to return the printer to us after we paid them the initial at-home pickup and delivery fee!! Completely unprofessional.
This is one of the gems of Dixie Highway. I have had them service both my Brother Printers. Service is completed within 48 hours maximum,often within hours. One was a warranty repair, done efficiently at no charge. The other was a service on my laser printer after two years of hard use. Service done with a smile. Printers always work perfectly when I get them back. Such a relief NOT to have to deal with the likes of chain stores or even the manufacturers.
I cannot recommend this company - its employees, the women at the front counter, and the service personnel more.
I have always been 100% satisfied. No one other than ABLE will ever touch my printers

Great service! My copier broke and I called them to fix it. They showed up on time, the service tech was friendly, and my copier was fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
