All About Grooming

I brought my labradoodle, Cooper to see Sue for the first time last week. Cooper has very crimpy fur, and usually, when he goes to the groomer, he comes back shaved down to the skin, and covered in razor burns and cuts from the razor. When I picked him up, I was surprised to see that he did not have a single cut on him from the razor! She also did not shave him down to the skin like other groomers have done. Cooper was so happy when I picked him up! He looked great, and I was happy to know that she took her time to carefully groom him, without hurting him. While Sue does charge slightly more than some of the other groomers in the area, it is well worth it to know that he's in good hands! Thanks Sue!

I've finally found a place that actually takes the time to brush out and cut my dog's hair instead of gettting out the clippers and shaving him down. Sue and her staff always do a terrific job on my Havanese; and he's a little feisty! Highly recommend!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS GROOMER We took our dog to get groomed and she developed a horrible itchy, rash on her ear and open, bloody sores on her skin. The vet confirmed that the reaction/ infection was probably caused by the groomer nicking our dog's skin. when we called all about grooming to inform them on our dog's condition, we were angrily told that "we didn't notice any cuts when we left" so it "didn't happen at their store." When we suggested we bring our dog in so they could see her for themselves the response was angry again and we were told "there will be someone at the door so we will not be let in"

This was the worst groomer we have ever used. Don't ever bring your pet there!!
