The Willow Tree Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a part of Covenant Care, which operates more than 40 health care centers in several states throughout the United States, including California, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada and Ohio. The center serves adults who suffer from diabetes, multiple sclerosis, and amputation and cardiological disorders. It offers nursing, residential, respite, hospice, restorative and rehabilitative care services. The Willow Tree Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides physical, occupational, speech and language therapies to adults with mental and physical disabilities. It also specializes in wound, stroke, pain and case management services. The center s staff includes dietitians, therapists, social workers and nursing assistants.
