Sports + Orthopedic Leaders, Inc., is a physical therapist owned and operated business. We receive medical referrals from hundreds of doctors in the immediate area. Most private insurance plans accept our services. We do direct billing for a number of Preferred Provider Health Plans including Blue Shield, Cigna, Admar, Integrated Health Plan (IHP), Medicare, Work Comp, and Personal Injury.
