No problem with the merchandise, but the delivery service was....well, terrible. They stood me up 3 times. They give you a delivery window of 4 to 5 hours which is understandable. The first day, the 12 to 5 window came and went and they didn't bother calling me to say they'd be late or ask to reschedule. I had to call them to reschedule. The second day, I came home from work early to make the 12 to 5. They never showed or bothered to call. I had to call them and with a very upset phone call they finally came at 6 p.m. Then to have the TV picked up, I tried the 8 to 12 window (maybe they're morning people!!). They were a no show by 12 noon, again, without the courtesy of a phone call to their paying customer. I had to call them to get a van immediately at my house so I didn't waste any more of my 4 to 5 hour windows on them. I'm astounded that they can keep business with this treatment. Maybe you'll have better luck trying a different branch.
