With over 18,000 square feet and two floors of equipment, you’re guaranteed a great workout. The first floor offers an array of cardio equipment and large group fitness studio complete with Spin® bikes and equipment. Upstairs, you find a complete weight floor with a wide selection of weight equipment and free weights including spacious locker rooms. The gym also offers some of the most diverse group fitness classes in the East Bay including Latin Rhythms, Afro-Cuban Rhythms, Brazilian Samba, and Cuban Salsa.
