This is the first time I have ever dealt with an official reputable dealership. I had such a great experience here! These guys really take the time to explain things to you and they do their best to accommodate to one's wants and needs. Ok so I was a bit sceptical with the Reviews. But I thought I wanted to check it out.
It was pretty painless and easy. Corey looked after me. Listened to what I was saying. And I'm the end I got what I wanted. The place is renovated, and everyone was very pleasant. I am a happy girl...I believe they have new staff working there, and they seem to know what they are doing.
They are rude and disrespectful, someone of their employee need to be trained, and then re-trained on how to deal with customers. It is never ok, for any of their staff to call a customer the "B" word either in their faces or just out of ear shot(or so they thought). Please, think twice before doing business with them, they are in the business of conducting "deals" at the expense of the dignity of the same people they wish t serve. I wanted to buy a second hand car for my eighteen year old son. So I went to Bay City GM to find a suitable car. Their sales guy Tony showed me a huge range of pre-used cars. The worst customer service ever Homer Ratcliif talks to his customers and employees with no respect he cusses and makes threats towards customers...He's a dirty financing sales person and has over 10 cars out without banks assigned and he tells customer business to other customers dont go there or u will be disappointed I learned the hard way...Share Review
