Oh my gosh... Employee named Amy is about is retarded as they come. Every time I go in there she's either on the computer or on her cell phone. I have heard multiple times apparently speaking with her husband, she just looks up at me and smiles. Apparently the owner thinks its ok for her employee to finish her conversations while at work getting paid then it is to help paying customers. I currently have a pre-paid card once its finished I will never step foot in that establishment again. The only positive side is there is a new employee Sandra??? I think shes been there for a few months. She greets you when you walk in, if she is with other customers she actually acknowledges you. I have never seen her on a personal phone or on the computer in the back. Its obvious the other one is playing probably solitaire because there is no one in the store. If I were Sandra??? I think I find another job. Guaranteed shes probably under paid. I live in Oakdale and will be taking my business to Pak Mail (raleys shopping center). They are a bit higher in cost but at least the act like they care about their paying customers.

Have to agree with Jay 100%. The owner of this store is very rude and not interested in providing good service. The only thing she is interested in is overcharging for the little service she does provide. I had scanned documents at another UPS store and asked if she could do the same. She said that they don't have that service. More importantly it was the way she told me, like she didn't care at all. THen she proceeded to charge a ridiculous amount to fax a couple of pages. I also say to anyone..STAY AWAY!! And I have been a long time resident of Oakdale. This place is just around the corner from my house but I have vowed to find somewhere else even if it means driving a bit further.
This store is absolutely horrible. It's filthy inside, and the owner is absolutely pathetic! This store will give you the poorest customer service, and there's nothing UPS franchise will do because it's privately owned by some scum bag lady. I was on vacation, and called in 3 hours ahead of time to make sure they were open... the lady then told me they were open from 10-4pm on saturdays. Well after driving an hour and a half, I got there at 3:31pm the doors were locked and the lady was inside vacuuming. so i called her and asked her why she was closed, if the distinctly told me 4pm. she told me that her manager told her to close early. I told it doesnt matter what her manager told her, because she told me she closed at 4. Then she tells me she cant set up my package because all of the computers were already shut down. Seriously, we live in the 2000's, it does not take 30 minutes to boot a computer back up just to make the customer happy and ship out my order. I tell her i want the owners number, and she tells me ot call back on monday. So i call back this morning, and the owner refuses to cover any of the shipping costs which would compensate for my time and wasted gas. Then i tell her i want the corporate number, and then lies and tells me she doesnt have it and "if you want it, u need to go on the internet and find it yourself"! What kind of owner tries to cover up a complaint, a very dirty unprofessional owner. I would never recommend going there. I have spent thousands of dollars at that store, and rather than eat the shipping on their end, (which was only going to be $15.00) she rather lose customers. DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE!!!
