They entered the billing codes in wrong at the doctor's office. I went for a annual checkup which I made clear on the phone and in her office. She classified it as an emergency visit. The doctor, Maureen Fearon, kept staring at her computer rather than look at the patient. They couldn't draw blood properly. I called the billing office who fixed it and then they got paid by the insurance company. After they got paid, they reinstated the phony charges and sent me the same wrong bill again so that they could get paid twice. Then, they sent it an agency so they could charge it off to make their financial statements look good. Not much the little guy(us) can do when dealing with these crooked large hospital organizations. This seems to be their modus operandi. Avoid Loyola whatever you do. I'd file a complaint the State of Illinois but I doubt that will change anything.

I never have taken the time to write a review in my entire life, but Carol Kohlsaat RN at this facility was just the greatest nurse I have ever encountered , she amazed me on how kind she is. I have been to many many facilities and been to this facility many times before but Carol impressed me tremendously. Since the moment she greeted me to the time I walked out she is very concerned about me and I could see the sincerity in her eyes. Ive been told by many that i'm a very sind and caring person but my hat goes off to Carol she deserves a recognition and I thank her for choosing to be a RN because she will be a Angel to many..
