        I've taken my car there twice... They have a very nice looking shop and came with a great recommendation. They did a fab job on my oil change and I was very impressed with their mechanics and service managers. This would have me coming back for service. However, I made the mistake of having my car detailed there after a recommendation from their service manager. I paid a premium price for less than a premium job. They even said after I complained about things, that they don't have the tools a professional shop has... however, they changed a professional price! If you want your car detailed, go to a place that specialized in car detailing. If you want good service and mechanics, then this is the place to go.

        The best mechanic's shop in all of Detroit!

        You can tell this business loves its work. The front office is small, but the shop is big and loaded with talented guys that really know how to fix cars. They are currently building more shop space for an expansion. How many other businesses in Detroit are doing that in today's economy? This is a family owned and operated business that really understands customer service. Thanks Curt and crew!

        Curts Cheat ignorant People

        If you are a customer who goes by how they SPEAK and not look at how the CHEAT then this is the right place for you. They charged wooping $300 for replacing a thermostat. I was stuck and had no time to replace it myself.

        As a consolation prize which even an IDIOT would know does not cost a dime they check your on board ECU for codes and offer it as free. I am an Engineer and I know how much time it takes to do that check.

        An update: Curt's service called me up in order to sort this issue after noticing my feedback. I am glad that they took the feedback seriously and have made a commitment to sort out the issue. I hope they continue to provide good service and quality customer experience. It's nice when your disatisfaction is recognised and they are willing to work it out to make you feel satisfied.

        We attempted to contact this customer shortly after reviewed to attempt and resolve his complaint. He would not respond. His vehicle did have multiple issues, was dropped off without an appointment and we did our best to accommodate his concerns as soon as possible. Remember that you always have a choice to approve or decline the repairs that we recommend. This man did approve the repairs once estimate was given. Having a good mechanic is like having a good doctor. There has to be a level of trust established. Automotive repair is a service, not a commodity. It cannot be compared equally from shop to shop.
