Dr Daniel Troy is by far one of the friendliest and knowledgable people I have ever come into contact with. I have had multiple back surgeries done by him, and currently a staph that got to my back. He is the most cautious doctor you will find. He does not surgically intervene unless necessary. In Troy we trust! His old office (MOC/MBJSI) runs like crap. Receptionists were rude and ignorant, and some of the nurses, except Danielle, were flat out mean and ignorant. Don't let that get in the way of Dr Troy, though. He's simply the best!!!!!!!!

Staff not friendly during the registration procedure. Waited over an hour in the dr.s office. They forgot I was in one of the rooms. I had to open the door to let them know I was still waiting. I told one of the doctors, and they finally saw me. I was not even seen by the specialist they had recommended. This was one of the worse doctors visits. I'm. Going to try out the office in Orland Park.
