The Hospitality service was terrible. I visited the Oaklawn location last weekend with some friends. During our visit, 3 of us ordered steak; 2 medium-well and 1 ordered a well-done steak. They gave all of us a well-done steak. The manager said they were not responsible for the way the steaks were prepared. After we complained about the mix-up, the waitress took the matter to the manager. After the manager and the waitress carried the steak back and forth through the restaurant twice and poked it, the manager told us "no return, no exchange, take it home, because it will be on your bill".
I will NOT be returning to this establishment.
