Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would have given 5 stars but there were 2 things that stopped me. First I needed a ride and the person seemed a little put out by that. But the car ride was fine. They did give me an upgrade which I was pleasantly surprised about. But we got to the car aand it looked like it hadn't been washed or it had but not very well. There were dead carcasses all over the front and the windshield, although the interior was clean. I just went to the nearest gas station and cleaned the windshield. I use the rental place every time I'm in Chicago and am overall pleased

after you return the car they deduct money from the account you provided without authorization.A guy named Matt CALLED after weeks of returning the car saying he was trying to contact me for several days(lie)When I asked what was the problem, he responded that I had a pending balance of $99 for additional coverage they added to the car (insurance to cover vehicle which was paid off prior to returning the vehicle) I explained him that that wasn't accurate and he said he wasn't calling to have an argument with me and I had until the end of the day to pay off the balance. I explained that his call was unexpected and he needed to give me more time. He said NO ... I went into my bank account to check my balance and I noticed that as I was speaking he processed a payment for $99 from my debit card,called my bank , luckily they will replace the money but I just couldn't believe what this people did to me.they put me trough a hardship without caring.I don't want this to happen to anyone else

Good customer service....the auto was in great running shape. I was pleased with the overall experience
