A & D Tile Co

I purchased tile for my bathroom from A&D. I took 5 whole weeks to arrived because they never placed the order with the factory. When i purchased the materials they said it would just be 2-3 more days. They don't havea clue what they are doing. I have gotten better service at Home Depot then with these so-called professionals!When I purchased the tile, motar, and grout, they reccomended a Ditra underlayment with a special Ditra motar @ $15 a bag. I trusted they knew what they were talking about and purchased all the material from A&D. When I went to start laying the tile I read the instructions on the bag only to find that they sold me the wrong mortar for a plywood subfloor. When I took it back to the store they guy who sold it to mehad to read the instructions himself to realize he was wrong. The new mortar costs $100 a bag and since I needed to finish the job that day I was stuck paying an extra $500 because these fools don't know how to read a label. it is kind of scary because they said that they do instals and they have not been using the correct mortar, its no surprise since to do it properly its an extra $85 a bag. They have been ripping off who knows how many customers by installing tile that will probably crack in the next year or 2. It was an absolutely terrible experiance. For a local store they took no responsibility for their mistakes. Their products are more expensive than the lcal retail stores like Home Depot and Lowes and their knowledge and customer servic is even worse as if that is even possible.DO NOT BY TILE FROM A&D YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!!!GO TO CENTURY TILE FOR YOUR TILE NEEDS! THEY HAVE A BETTER SELECTION AND THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!!

We have bought tile there twice and for one of the tile purchases, we contracted with A & D tile to install. This was one of the best experiences that we have ever had with a contract service and could not be happier. We had one small issue after the install and they came out immediately to fix. We would go back to this place again and again!
