McDonald's

Without a doubt the worst McDonald's in the area. It would seem that while situated right off the interstate that this would be a fast food restaurant. Hell no it isn't. This morning pulled off to drive through and knowing the reputation already. peered into the front area to see if there was any customers. Yes there was several construction workers taking a chance on getting some FAST food. That said means nobody will be at the drive thru. I was right pulled up to the speaker that works half assed. and said Hello, 30 seconds later said Hello, Thirty seconds later said Hello. no response. Drove up and nobody at the window because drive thru person was working up front. This tells me that this store has inadequate personnel numbers to support morning drive thru services let alone the hapless fact that remodeling it recently did not boost your sales. You still have one lane, not enough people to make money, and wait time is up to 15 minutes for biscuit and gravy. I have at times witnessed the shift lead doing it all or the drive thru lady doing it all while someone is constantly outside sweeping up debris. what a perfect spot to provide good service to the truckers and military folks going to work. Also service to people getting off the interstate. Owner must really be getting fed bullshit. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed. If I were the manager I would be firing myself. If I worked there I would be upset with the fact management isn't helping me provide good customer relations. This place really sucks. So now I just swing thru assess the situation and proceed to pilot for the expensive coffee and sandwich. Damn it why cant you see what you are doing. Most of my fellow workers stop at the store in Clarksville and just blow oak grove McDonald's off. Great way to start a Monday is to make a pit stop in Oak Grove McDonald's.

This is hands down the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Unfortunately for me, it is located directly in front of my job, and is the only food within walking distance that I can quickly step out of work and grab a bite.



I was so hungry tonight, I walked over to grab something small just to tied me over until after work only to receive a blob of mayo on a bun and French fries fried to a friggin crisp.



I called over to speak to management only to be advised that their French fry grease is 2 weeks old and it is "setting them back."



Yea lady, it's setting you back alright! And setting you up for a visit to the health inspector!

I go through the drive thru from time to time and every single time i ask myself where do they find these employees? do they pick up hitchhickers or do they hire people straight out of prison? these employees are rude and wont sell you chorizo. i sometimes think they spit in my food too, but im too fat to care. i also think they screen for the dumbest most ugliest people that even walmart wont hire, thier fries are almost always cold. unless of course they know you have a toddler, then they make them so hot the kids burn their hands. the lines are long and im pretty sure this business is to blame for the cold rainy weather. one time i order an ice coffee, i got old stale coffee and when i said add sugar i didnt mean add half of the sugar you have in the building. most the time they dont give you a straw. i will probably go here many more times because im too lazy to cook.
