The doctors and the service on the medical side were polite, expedient, professional and fantastic. However negotiating the back-office end of things has been a bear of an effort (took me most of the day, and several phone calls) and I did have a very negative experience with the billing manager who was quite rude. The most important thing (and the reason I've changed my rating) fortunately after escalating to the branch manager, Sean -- I was able to get the information I required and was able to achieve satisfactory resolution regarding my concerns. It was explained to me that while the billing transitions have created some difficulties this is something Doctor's Express Vintage Park is working through with brighter hopes for the future. I'm willing to give them another chance. Every company has problems - and any company who's willing to ride it through and work to fix their issues is a company worth doing business with.

the black medical assistant was rude and seemed to have trouble performing what little duties she had. very unproffessional attitude.
This place is great. I waited at Methodist for 4 hours last Friday night in pain and no one would pay attention to me. I finally left and I arrived and I was taken into a room immediately. The doctor and nurse were in at the same time, took my vital signs, drew blood, gave me an IV, and IV medication, did X-rays, fixed my bone and soon, I was feeling much better. They called the specialist and set me up with a follow up appointment. The place was very busy at the time but the nurse and doctor checked on me frequently. I read all the previous reviews and REALLY people, this is a First Class Emergency Center. Yes, they can do the same as the hospital and it is comfortable, convenient with knowledgeable staff. If you have a sore throat, you can come here but don't expect to pay like a regular doctor's office. It is not a doctor's office. It is an emergency room!
I think this please is great.. $35 for an office visit only!. I came here for an urgent care situation and they only charged me $35 for the urgent care. Since we didn't had insurance and my wife had to get her blood word done. She only paid $150 for Well woman Exam. That included "Office Visit, Complete Lab Work that included complete Blood Count, Cholesterol, Thyroid function, Kidney function, Liver function and Blood Sugar and Pap smear!!.) Other places were charging us over $200 just for for Lab work and that didn't included the office visit or Lab work. I highly recommend this anybody with no insurance
