I have a package that was said to have left oak creek at 10pm on the 19th, I have yet to get any updates as to where it is and this is the third time this has happened when anything goes through this location, but the first time I am complaining. I sent important items and this is just unacceptable. I have had noting but bad experiences with this location. They have lost my packages on multiple occasions, and (sadly) never take ownership for it. Any time I order anything to be delivered to my moms it goes through this post office and either gets lost completely (twice, now) or there is a delay. Have also had where it states delivered to my house, isn't there, I call to file a complaint, and the package is magically there 2 days later.

I was told with this last mess up I am completely wrong because if a package is delivered to Franklin it would NEVER be at the Oak Creek post office. Weird, because looking back at all tracking #s from past orders (I screen print them all), EVERY SINGLE ONE of my orders has gone through Oak Creek...but I guess those tracking #s can be totally wrong. This last package was transferred from UPS in Illinois to USPS in Oak Creek. They have no record of ever receiving the package, although when I contact UPS they spoke with the delivery driver who can recall it being scanned off of his truck.

Their customer service skills are terrible-very rude, non-empathetic, and short with customers-the ones who have the right to be upset when a package that they spent their $$ on is lost. Mind you, I order online weekly and it is ONLY when my packages go through Oak Creek rather than Menomonee Falls that this happens. Needless to say anything ordered will have to be sent to me rather than my parents in Franklin.

Guess I am confused how a location has this many bad reviews and similar situations over a variety of customers, yet they blame the senders of these shipments saying they must not have shipped it right or tracking numbers are wrong and that is why packages are lost. Something seems wrong here...

I mailed 2 boxes priority mail on the 11 of Dec 2020. It is Dec 28 and no one know where these boxes are. The boxes were for my grandchildren. The boxes have been in transit since Dec 16. Again no one knows where they are. I will not be using USPS. We should get our money back. Priority is suppose to take 2-3 days. This is 17 days already. More than disappointed.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with USPS. Had something shipped Priority Mail on Feb 22. Was scanned at their location on February 24th. February 25th I have a delay. No progress or movement since. Called the office and they dont have any answers where my package is at. Filing a claim tomorrow march 7th.

1 day from arazonea to oakcreek then they send to milwakee 3days back and forth still have not seen it . i only live 15 miles from oakcreek this happens all the time this is bs.

This sucky usps processing center is the third ring of hell and the black hole of death for packages. EXPECT VERY VERY LONG FING DELAYS

I've never had a problem with Oak Creek. Thier distribution trucks leave in the middle of the night, and always arrive locally on time. I probably get 100 packages a year, and always on time or before expected.

Alot of bad reviews on here, but this was my first time dealing with them and it went just fine it seems. Here ya go in and out the door in 3 hours

This facility is horrible.. a package is stuck at this facility or stuck at a postal workers house.. it was never delivered. I sent in the search request, filed a claim.. nothing.. VERY sad that there are some sticky fingers here. WILL NEVER USE this post office or recommend them to anyone. Its a joke.

I have had this message when tracking a package for 4 days from this post office.



"The Postal Service has identified a problem with the processing of this item at 6:41 pm on February 8, 2016 in OAK CREEK, WI 53154. The local facility has been alerted and is taking steps to correct the problem."



What the heck is the story with this post office. Just because they work for the government doesn't mean they need to work like the government. Please get some reliable workers. Simply unacceptable!

My mail got sent in 1 day. Not too shabby.. Though I all the bad ratings it got, that seems horrible. Mine only came fast because I'm 10 minutes from Wisconsin lol. So good luck with post office!

I have a Large envelop That has been there for a Week has not Moved! It has a Tracking# But there it sits! How can that be! I know they call it Snail mail, But at least a Snail Moves!

I cannot believe what I am reading! All these complaints and the problems are not addressed at this facility? I sent my daughter's B-Day card /present that was to be delivered on the 14th of Jan., plenty of time before her B-Day. So far it has sat there for 4 days so far. Has anyone of you been compensated for there mess. I'm sure if they had to refund money, things would straighten up.

Is there a way to close this facility up..? (rate zero)-- my package has been there for like 5 days and hasn't moved?! Typical based on previous reviews...

My package has been in their location for 6 days. Still hasn't been sent. Why does this post office still exist?

This place sucks they have had my package since the 12/2/15 and it's is now 12/5/15 still hasn't been sint out and scanned one time wtf is rong with your lame service

I had a horrible experience with this location.They lost my package twice. When I called to figure out what was going on with my package they were not friendly and told me false information regarding my package.

An insured parcel was scanned for departure from Oak Creek and them it just got lost! Serious problems at this location with missing parcels worth hundreds of dollars - think thieves maybe.

Ordered package. Package sorted at St. Paul as all regional packages, then sent to Oak Creek. Expected delivery today. Checked tracking - left Oak Creek and went back to St. Paul for some reason. Not likely to be delivered in next two days due to this fact.
