I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at your Winghaven Subway location. I ordered dinner with my family to come home to one of the sandwiches having a piece of hair in it. It completely repulsed my twin boys and they no longer wanted to et their footling sandwiches. I was then advised by an employee who has only be employed one year, by phone, that their manager had to leave for personal reasons. He informed me over and over that their policy was to bring back the sandwich. I for one think that Subway "eat fresh" would deter customers from bringing back in contaminated food and across the line. I explained that I wanted a full refund for sandwiches and my sons chip and drink. I told the man that he would not have chips and a drink for dinner. He never refuted or said anything more. My husband had to inconviently drive home from work, bypass the Subway, to get the sandwich that is "their policy." My husaband came home to explain that it wa "their policy" to only refund sandwiches and not chips and drink. I called back up to speak with the young man who I first spoke with and he said that they could only refund the sandwiches. At that point I asked him why he did not explain that over the phone when I told him I would be back up for a refund. It is at that time he explains hat the manager that is there does not speak good English and that he's only been there a year. So basically, you have lost a customer at that location and potential others if the "policy" does not change. I was the one inconvenienced, my son was hungry and yet I am the one who gets treated with poor customer service.
