We have only positive things to say about BOTH office locations. We have been going to the Chesterfield location since our oldest, who is 8, was born. This has been a lifesaver and has helped us avoid any ER visits with our 4 young children. We offer services similar to those at a pediatrician's office, outside of regular working hours. After Hours Pediatric Urgent Care offers treatment of minor injuries and illness, lacerations, nebulizer treatments for asthmatic patients, and temporary casting and splinting for orthopedic injuries. Flu shots for children and their families are available during flu season and the center provides onsite laboratory testing for rapid flu, strep and mononucleosis. We are contracted with Quest Laboratory for dally routine or stat pick ups. Comprehensive Sports Physicals are also offered, and we offer the services of an on-call facial plastic surgeon as well as a pediatric orthopedic group, should patients require them.
We are the only Pediatric Urgent Care in the Greater St. Louis and St. Charles area.

Our O'Fallon Location is at the intersection of Highway K and Laura Hill. We are right next to the Starbucks and across Laura Hill from Target and Kohls.
We are an independent pediatric urgent care but we communicate effectively with your home pediatrician's office after each visit.

I am the current owner of After Hours (9/2010) and I am horrified by your description of your visit. Our collective goal, as a team of health care providers for children,is to care for all children as though they were our own. You did not get that consideration and I apologize. Please let me know of any other concerns. We send out a survey to all parents after their visit, and I review each one, with my effort being to improving our services. Please let me know if there is anything we can do. Sincerely, Sandy Williams RN, CPNP
