Superwash Coin Laundry

The superwash coin laundry in Novi, MI off Pontiac Trail has really gone down the drain. There was an older gentleman who owned this laundromat and he kept the place in tip top shape. The new owner is a joke. Every other machine in the place is broken down and has an "out of service" sticker on it. The older gentleman who owned it before would never let that happen. I came in to wash my comforter and the washing machine began to leak. I showed the person who was working at that time and he said "now you have to put more money in the machine...it's not our fault". I couldn't believe my ears. They put band aids on the machines, then when they break down they don't even have the decency to fix the problem. I paid for a wash and didn't even get it smh. The money isn't a big deal but good customer service is non existent. Stay far away from this place!!!

This place is always kept clean, the machines are always working, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been to a lot of laundromats in my time and none of them compare to this place. This is the best laundromat hands down. You won't be disappointed.
